Can I order Xero Shoes in Switzerland or Norway?Updated 19 days ago

Yes. While Switzerland and Norway aren’t part of the EU, the great news is you can still get your hands on a pair! Since XeroShoes.eu can't ship there directly, just head over to XeroShoes.com to place your order. We ship to both countries from there.

What’s different when ordering from XeroShoes.com

  • Prices are in US dollars. Your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.
  • Your order ships from the United States, so delivery takes longer than an order from our EU warehouse.
  • VAT and customs duties are not collected at checkout. Your order ships duties unpaid, which means your local customs authority calculates what’s owed and the carrier collects it from you before or at delivery.

What will I pay in VAT and duties?

That’s set by your own country, not by us, so we can’t quote it in advance. The amount depends on the value of your order and your country’s current rates and thresholds. The carrier may also add a small handling or clearance fee for processing the paperwork.

For current rates, check with your national customs authority.

If the charges aren’t paid, the package can’t clear customs and will be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier, so please keep an eye out for any notice from them.

Returns and exchanges

You can still return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Because your order ships from the US, it follows our international process: you’ll send the package back using a local courier at your own cost, and on an exchange you’ll also cover the cost of shipping your replacement out to you. See How do I return or exchange my Xero Shoes? (International)  for the full steps.

VAT and duties you paid at delivery are collected by your government, not by us, so we’re not able to refund them. Depending on your country, you may be able to reclaim them directly from your customs authority when goods are returned.

Can I buy locally instead?

Good question! Use our Store Locator to check for an authorized retailer near you. Buying locally avoids customs charges entirely, and returns go through that retailer’s own policy.
